Something to think about if you have a cold.  Right now I have a cold and I'm very careful about what medicines I take.  Also, if you're trying to reach a goal weight keep in mind most of the cold medicines cause you to retain water.  What many of us don't realize is that cold medicines and throat lozenges contain a small percentage of alcohol and/or sugar.  Seriously, some of the most common cold medicines and lozenges contain (in my opinion) a high amount of sugar.  For babies, it's different, sugar water can act as a remedy to pain.  Just be mindful of this fact if you get weighed in somewhere or are trying to achieve a certain weight loss each week.  Here's to hoping my son doesn't get my cold.  He never did get my stomach bug...

1 cup fat-free organic milk

JC Cheesy Chicken and Potatoes

Snack -

Orange

Dinner -

JC Rising Crust Pizza

Salad with peppers and mushrooms; 2 tbsp. light southwestern ranch

Snack -

JC Triple Chocolate Cheesecake
